The WEco Water Fluency program is a professional development course for non-water professionals. Developing tools for navigating water management and policy issues, Water Fluency graduates take the language of water into their fields to lead with new confidence.
The Water Fluency format
Water Fluency is made up of four in-person classroom days, water-focused site visits, online discussions, and homework between classroom days. Class size is limited to 35 participants, who represent a range of sectors and perspectives.
Curriculum covers statewide water topics blended with local issues, so people from all over Colorado will benefit from the content.

Tuition: The cost of the Water Fluency program is $1,350, which includes all materials and resources—four days of classroom sessions, access to online content, staff support, lunch/beverages/snacks during all sessions and exclusive tours.
Scholarships: Special District Association of Colorado (SDA) members are eligible for a 75 percent scholarship. Local organizations also underwrite a limited number of general scholarships in varying amounts.
