Blue is the New Green: Recycled Water Fest

When: Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018 5:30-7:30pm
Where: CU-South Denver Campus - OUTDOORS on the Veranda, weather permitting (event held rain, snow, or shine, indoors if needed)
Who: Hosted by Water Education Colorado in partnership with WateReuse Colorado.
What: A FREE educational Happy Hour event to raise awareness of the advances being made on water reuse and to release the Fall issue of Headwaters magazine, focused on reuse.

On Oct. 18, Water Education Colorado will be hosting a FREE event focused on educating community members on the topic of water recycling/reuse. WateReuse Colorado is partnering with Water Education Colorado in putting on this event, which is part of Water Education Colorado's "Social Water Series" to engage the public in current water issues. Weather permitting, this will be an outdoor event offering expo-style educational booths. We'll be pouring beer and wine made with reuse water that guests can sample as they peruse the booths. Light appetizers will also be available. 

Bring the kids! Bounce house, fire pit, PLUS the option to come early to visit the Wildlife Experience which will be open until 5:30pm.

Learn from experts working to implement the policies, regulations, and technologies that will enable advances in reuse for Colorado communities searching for sustainable water solutions.
