Zane Kessler is the Director of Government Relations at the Colorado River District, a special district encompassing 15 counties west of the Continental Divide and working to ensure water security for Colorado’s Western Slope. In this role, Zane manages the District’s state and federal advocacy efforts and coordinates the organization’s work with partners, municipalities, and counties on West Slope policy matters.
