Briefly: What if Colorado’s Suncor refinery closes?

The Denver Post reports that the troubled oil refinery in Commerce City, with a long history of exceeding its permits to discharge air and water pollutants, isn’t likely to close soon, as environmental advocates have proposed, but if it did, it would mean a loss of tax revenue and jobs, as well as a large clean-up bill.
