Briefly: Arizona’s Santa Cruz River dubbed among the most endangered nationwide

The Arizona Republic reports that American Rivers has named the Santa Cruz River among the nation’s most threatened. All of New Mexico’s rivers were ranked first on the list, thanks to a U.S. Supreme Court decision that rolled back some protections under the Clean Water Act.
