Briefly: Feds release short-term water reduction plans for Colorado River system, but concerns remain

The Colorado Sun reports that the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, in a new report, offers a scenario for short-term reductions in water use on the Colorado River, but there is concern among some experts that the federal plan is too optimistic. Public comments on the proposal are due Dec. 11.
