Briefly: Nevada considers creating special water courts

The Nevada Independent reports that state Supreme Court Chief Justice James Hardesty said he plans to petition his colleagues to empanel a commission that will examine the creation of specialty courts, known as water courts, to bring more water law expertise to the judiciary.
