Briefly: Utah city with strict water rules still wants Lake Powell Pipeline

CNN reports that Ivins, Utah, in the St. George metro area — the fastest growing community in the U.S. — has imposed some of the strictest watering rules in the nation, but its mayor says it still needs the Lake Powell Pipeline, which would divert from the Colorado River if it were approved, to satisfy its water needs.
