Briefly: Salt Lake renewable energy company moves forward with pumped-water plan

The Salt Lake Tribune reports that an ambitious plan to use pumped storage hydropower to add to the grid when solar farms and wind systems aren’t producing electricity is moving forward. The plan involves a new storage reservoir north of Rawlins, Wyoming.
