Explain HDR’s connection to water and how your work is related to WEco’s mission to educate all Coloradans on critical water issues to guide our state to a sustainable water future.

“HDR’s connection to water in Colorado dates back over 64 years when the first branch office outside of Omaha, Nebraska was opened in Denver. The office started with four people and is now home to over 400 professionals and employee owners, 85 of whom are focused solely on providing water-related planning, engineering, and construction support for both public and private sector clients both locally and nationally. For conveyance, drinking water, fisheries, wastewater, and water resource management projects, we work with clients to create and sustain our natural and built environments. A key part of our practice is collaboration through active participation in professional water associations such as WEco. As Colorado water professionals, HDR’s strong partnership and support of WEco’s mission helps to create a more informed and engaged public on the many challenging water issues facing our clients.”

Why does HDR support WEco’s President’s Reception each year?

HDR has been a steadfast supporter of the President’s Reception and is again proud to partner with WEco to honor water leadership within Colorado.
