Briefly: Cities could get funds to remove forever chemicals from water systems under 3M, DuPont settlement agreements

Circle of Blue reports that cities whose water contains so-called forever chemicals will have until the end of the year to decide whether to participate in settlements with 3M and DuPont. The agreements would set aside millions of dollars to cover the cost of removing the chemicals from municipal water supplies.
