Briefly: Other violations pre-dated Englewood’s E. coli-related boil water advisory

The Englewood Herald reports that the City of Engelwood said earlier issues with regulations for which it was cited by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment were not related to the E. coli contamination that caused the city to issue a boil advisory for its drinking water Aug. 4. The order has since been lifted.
