Briefly: Feds, again, give no water to California’s Central Valley Project

The Guardian reports that the federal government announced that it will not deliver water to farmers in California’s agricultural belt.  The federal government operates the Central Valley Project in California, an intricate system of dams, reservoirs, and canals. Although the Central Valley Project received record-breaking rains last year, reservoir storage has decreased by 26.5%.
