The Denver Post reports that, following Denver Water’s filing of a lawsuit against Boulder County regarding the expansion of the utility’s Gross Reservoir, county planners claim Denver Water failed to complete their permit application. Boulder County stated they had written exchanges with Denver Water expressing the need to provide additional answers about the proposed project. The county planning division also expressed concerns about outdated data and incomplete information on the impacts of local groundwater.
