Briefly: Despite average mountain snows this year, officials worried about dry conditions, low runoff

KUNC Radio reports that water officials in Colorado and across the seven-state Colorado River Basin, are worried that dry soils, warm spring temperatures and dust events may limit how much water the snow actually delivers to streams as it melts.
