Briefly: 125 Montana schools show some lead water contamination

Yellowstone Public Radio reports that results from Montana’s school lead testing program have shown 125 schools had at least one fixture exceed the state action level for lead. Montana’s maximum allowable amount of lead in water is 5 parts per billion. Only a quarter of Montana’s 560 schools have submitted their samples.
