Briefly: California tourist haven Mendocino running out of water

The Associated Press and Montana Standard report that the scenic coastal community of Mendocino, Calif., is running out of water due to prolonged drought and declining groundwater supplies. Restaurants and hotels are buying above-ground storage tanks to cope with the water shortage as local officials await help from the state and federal governments.
