Briefly: Montana ski resorts eye wastewater for snow making

The Weather Channel reports that the Yellowstone Club, a residential community near Big Sky, Montana, recently filed a permit with the Montana Department of Environmental Quality, seeking to utilize treated wastewater to make snow for an expansion on Eglise Mountain. The process would utilize treated wastewater from the local community. If the permit is approved the club would be required to post signs advising people not to eat the snow.
